Revealing Connections

Collaboration

Provocation

It’s not often that we think of our lives as built on basics of food, water, shelter - nor do we consciously consider ourselves as part of a global system interdependent and deeply connected.

Learning from areas where climate impact is a lived reality is an important step in building the necessary preventative measures that can help strengthen resilience and adaptation strategies in areas where disaster is yet to strike in full swing. It connects the world on the basis of empathy and care.

This is especially relevant as these places are a thriving bed of existing knowledge to help decision makers understand how best to transform and build the necessary mindsets, systems, processes, methods and tools for application in other countries. In doing so, it bridges the gaps between cultures and creates necessary linkages for mutual support.

This project attempts to demonstrate these connections and build a knowledge hub/best practice bank to support todays’ decision makers move beyond adaptation measures and look at long-term prevention methods based on rooted realities. If this framing sounds relevant to your ongoing work, especially in revealing global linkages for transformation, please get in touch directly.
